  • Air Fare/Train fare.
  • Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips. Liquor, boating & joy rides.
  • Any other item not specified in “Cost Includes”.
  • Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary.
  • Guide & Entrance Fees.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).
  • GST@5 %

Booking/Payment procedure

We request you to send us the booking through Email with the following details.

  • 1. Itinerary name & number
  • 2. Number of guest with breakup of number of rooms DBL/TRPL Child With Bed (CWB), &Child No Bed (CNB)
  • 3. Arrival & Departure date with flight/train details

Once we received the booking. We will send you the confirmation with dead line of payment which is 50 % of Total tour cost to reconfirm the booking and final payment has to be settled 7 days prior to arrival date. in case the arrival date is within 7 days full payment required to re confirm the booking.


After the receipt of advance payments, if the tour is cancelled for the reasons attributable to the inconveniences of the tourists, payments will be refunded to the extent as follows:

  • 10 days or less before the tour commencement date: No refund
  • 11 days to 30 days: 25% of the paid amount
  • 31 days to 60 days: 50% of the amount
  • 61 days to 90 days: 75% of the amount

Once we received the booking. Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the client is booked. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air). All refund made will be in INR (Indian Rupees).


  • • Room up-gradation payable at the hotel directly
  • • Hotel bills will be inTRAVEL AGENCYname and if the guests require bills for hotel or vehicle, we will provide the same. Please inform guest that direct hotel bills will not be available.
  • • All hotels do not have lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs. Incase of guests having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.
  • • Facilities like western toilet, television in room, geyser in bathrooms may not be available at all places. For specific requirement, please inform us and we will try to provide. This is again subject to availability.
  • • For CP, MAP and AP meal plan, menu will be on fixed plan basis and not on A-la-Carta basis. MAP & AP Meal plans do not include Evening snacks & cold drinks / liquor, Soups or Deserts. We can arrange for the same at additional cost on prior information. For order on A-la-Carta basis, guests are requested to make direct payment for additional items.
  • • For early morning check out breakfast may be limited to simple bread & butter / jam. Puri / roti – sabji may not be available.
  • • Consumption and serving of alcohol in hotels / rooms is subject to hotel’s rules and regulations. In some hotels, consumption of alcohol is not allowed.
  • • The region’s prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations. Many accommodations will have basic facilities compared with other regions. Please inform tourists that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavor.
  • • Many regions do not have star category hotels. Similar category hotels with the best available room will be provided.
  • • Kindly inform guests that same category rooms or identical rooms may not be available. We will try our best to maintain similarity.
  • • For large groups, all rooms in one hotel may not be available. Moreover, if two or more hotels are selected, identical facilities may not be available even between rooms of the same tariff. The clients will have to adjust to these conditions. We will try our best to maintain similarity.
  • • In all hotels mentioned above Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child With Extra Bed, will be provided MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS as per requirement.
  • • In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour.

The following points are to be noted for Child Rate:

  • 1 Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate
  • 2 Children of 05+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CHILD WITHOUT BED or WITH BED.
  • 3 Children below 05 years Complimentary on accommodation basis. (Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked)

Vehicle operation & usage guide:

Vehicle Segment :

  • • Non AC vehicles will be available in Hill regions
  • • Innova / Xylo / Scorpio are similar category
  • • Carriers in vehicles are not allowed in many places in the region. Availability of vehicle with carrier cannot be guaranteed.

Vehicle usage:

  • • The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal.
  • • Half Day sightseeing will be for approx 4 hours and full day will be for 8 hours
  • • Full day sightseeing will be till maximum 6:00 pm as per given itinerary. For additional usage, per km / per hour will be charged as per usage.

Hotels located in - In Busy areas / City Centers / No Entry / One Way zones

  • • Many hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests will have to wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
  • • Due to shortage in space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby.
  • • Due to uncalculated situations (traffic jams / traffic halts/ diversions etc.) the vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us till the vehicle arrives.
  • • Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
  • • In case of unavailability of parking, the vehicle will be parked in the nearest available parking area. In such a case, you may have to wait for the vehicle to come pasing by the traffic. We suggest that you check with the driver 15-20 minutes before you finish sightseeing/ shopping etc. So that the time is coordinated between you and your driver.
